Fortnite: removed from match due to internet or IP

Recently I had trouble playing games of fortnite battle royale due to a glitch. I could load up the game but when I would exit the battle bus almost immediately after I would be sent back to the lobby with the message: ‘you have been removed from the match due to your internet, IP, machine, vpn or for cheating’. This was weird, but I just assumed it was a glitch considering I have no vpn, 16 ms on my server, a great computer, and have never cheated. After about a week of this I became curious and looked to see if others have this experience. Online I found out that getting this for a day is a glitch, but getting this for longer means that your IP is banned. This made sense to me since I tried playing on a different account and the same thing happened.

My solution to this was going to be an email, but instead I tried an easier option. The in-game feedback system. I did this to see if I could get ahold of someone to help me fix the problem. The day after I did this I was unbanned and my game was playable again. I didn’t end up emailing epic, so I can assume the feedback system works. This is very useful information considering the feedback system is so good, I certainly recommend using this system treport bugs or use it in my previous situation.
